Castle Street Church Sunday School and crèche meet every Sunday of the year during the morning service. After a short time in church, including the children’s talk, the children go out to the hall. A parent or adult can also come with them if necessary. We have a rota of ladies, who have all been SCRO checked, who teach Sunday School and help with the crèche. There are always at least two adults with the children. 

The older children listen to a biblically based story – often the crèche children enjoy this too! Then there is a practical follow-up activity connected with the story. The activity might be a song, making something, or working on a picture. The crèche children have access to toys and books. There is a very happy atmosphere at Sunday School, made possible by the children’s enthusiasm and by the ladies’ dedication.
